American Cancer Society Chili Cook-Off

Thank you from all of us at Trax Tire Pros, to all the teams, American Cancer Society employees and volunteers and the people who came out for all the help you provided with the American Cancer Society Chili Cook-Off. In our eyes the Chili Cook-Off was a huge success, with over 112 teams participating, between 15,000 and 20,000 people in attendance and more that $218,000 raised for such a great cause. Trax Tire Pros truly appreciates the effort that everyone on all of the teams put into making their chili, getting up before dawn, and getting out to help make strides in finding a cure for cancer.

If you have a moment over the coming days we urge you to reach out to all off the employees, committee members and volunteers for the 23rd Annual American Cancer Society Chili Cook-Off for the long hours, and hard work that went into planning and pulling off an event of this size. Whether you call, write a thank you note, email, or simply say “thanks” via Facebook, please take the time to acknowledge the blood, sweat and tears that they have made to put on such a fun event, that raises money and awareness of a disease that has in some way touched all of our lives.
Many, if not most of you have a Facebook page, so I hope you have seen the picture below that the Chili Cook-Off has posted on their page. If you need a better reason to keep participating in the Chili Cook-Off, I can’t think of a better one. I’ll ask one more favor of you; if you have a Facebook page find the post from the American Cancer Society Chili Cook-Off that has this picture and share it with all of your Facebook Friends. The more people who share the post, the more viral it goes, helping raise more money and awareness for the American Cancer society.
We hope to see all of you at the Chili Cook-Off next year, and thank you again from all of us at Trax Tire Pros.
